The Setup Screen of INtelliVEST
Suite. Click on the button "INtelliVEST" on top to display
all the program icons. Click on an icon to run the program.
NeuroForecaster and
GENETICA:
Click on the QuickStep Button
"1-Load" to load data and net. Click on the bottom Inputs and
Outputs rows to define inputs and outputs.
Click on the QuickStep
Button "2-Chart" and select the chart style.
Charts can be displayed
with Point, Bar, Standard and Candlestick Styles. Select the ranges by
dragging the sliders at the bottom of the chart. Empty boxes will
represent unseen data.
Click on the QuickStep
Button "3-Learn" to start Learning, Testing and Forecasting.
Most of the parameters can be set to their Auto mode.
Click on the QuickStep
Button "2-Chart" again to display the forecast. The above
example shows the forecast in blue color with Rank= 1st, Horizon= 3 Steps
Ahead. Empty boxes represent unseen data.
Click on the QuickStep
Button with data file name to display the data file.
Click on the QuickStep
Button with net file name to display the nets. The example shows a
population of 41 nets with the Best one in red color. These nets
evolved automatically over 84 generations which took about 4 mins of a
Pentium 4 1GHz PC.
Click on the QuickStep
Button with result file name to display the result file. Up to 4 sets of
forecast can be displayed.

The Add Issues panel appears when the
program starts. Click to select the data files.
Select all or some of the ranking
criteria, click on an Output button to generate the ranking signals.

Filter the stocks using various
conditions.

Next, (1) Decide Buy/Sell/Hold using the outcome, (2) Use NeuroForecaster
to anayze these stocks, or (3) Use VisuaData to generate technical
indicators as input for NeuroForecaster.
Various graphing tools are provided
for further analysis.

Click Open to open a data file.
Select an indicator from the Indicator
Library.
Most of the parameters are provided by
default.
A faster way is to use the Batch
Indicator Library with pre-selected indicators. Just click "Run
All" to generate all the indicators instantly.
The output file is ready for use by
NeuroForecaster and others.
